DMCA Policy for Indian Paneer Stir Fry
Indian Paneer Stir Fry respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Indian Paneer Stir Fry service or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Indian Paneer Stir Fry site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the material or link on the Indian Paneer Stir Fry website that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work and needs to be removed or disabled. Please provide the URL(s) if applicable.
- Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

- Provide your electronic or physical signature.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include the following statement: "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Include the following statement: "I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Indian Paneer Stir Fry may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
- Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the copyright owner does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, at Indian Paneer Stir Fry's sole discretion.
